By using DualSenseX or accessing its website, downloads, guides, and services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not download, install, or use DualSenseX.

License and Usage Rights

DualSenseX gives you a limited right to install and use the application on compatible Windows devices.

  • GitHub;
  • ViGEmBus;
  • HidHide;
  • Microsoft Windows services;
  • Controller drivers; and
  • Game modifications or external tools.

When you use these services, you also agree to their terms and privacy policies.

Controller Features and Game Mods

DualSenseX allows you to use features such as controller emulation, adaptive triggers, vibration, haptic feedback, LED customization, button mapping, and controller profiles.

Some games may not allow virtual controllers, macros, game modifications, or third-party tools. Using these features in an online game may result in restrictions or account bans.

You are responsible for checking the rules of each game and platform before using DualSenseX with it.

Intellectual Property Rights

DualSenseX, DSX, its software, design, graphics, documentation, and related content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy or distribute protected materials without permission, except where allowed by an applicable software license.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, software, and controller products remain the property of their respective owners.

Software Updates and Modifications

Paliverse may release updates, bug fixes, compatibility changes, and new features for DualSenseX.

Updates: DualSenseX may check for or install updates to improve performance, security, and controller support.

Feature Changes: Updates may add, change, or remove features. Some profiles, drivers, settings, or game mods may not work correctly after an update.

User Modifications: Problems caused by modified versions, unsupported plugins, custom scripts, or third-party builds are the responsibility of the user.

We recommend backing up important controller profiles before installing updates.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DualSenseX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee:

Compatibility: DualSenseX may not work with every controller, computer, Windows version, driver, or game.

Availability: The application and related services may sometimes be unavailable, interrupted, or changed.

Error-Free Operation: We do not guarantee that DualSenseX will always work without errors, crashes, input delays, or connection problems.

Specific Results: DualSenseX may not provide every feature or result you expect in every game.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Paliverse and its contributors will not be responsible for damages caused by using or being unable to use DualSenseX.

This includes:

Hardware or Controller Problems: Damage, unusual controller behavior, or reduced controller performance caused by incorrect settings or unsupported modifications.

Data Loss: Lost profiles, configurations, settings, or other files.

Software Conflicts: Problems involving Windows, drivers, Steam, games, controller tools, or third-party software.

Account Restrictions: Warnings, suspensions, or bans caused by using controller emulation, macros, or game mods.

Indirect Losses: Lost profits, interrupted gameplay, or other indirect damages.

User Responsibilities

When using DualSenseX, you are responsible for:

Following the Law: Your use of the application must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Game Rules: You must follow the rules of the games, platforms, and online services you use.

Driver Installation: You are responsible for reviewing driver permissions and installation prompts.

Account Security: You must protect your Steam and other connected accounts.

Backups: You should keep backups of important profiles and settings.

Safe Configuration: You should test trigger resistance, vibration, haptic, mapping, and emulation settings before regular use.

Purchases and Refunds

Purchases made through Steam or another store are processed by that platform.

Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds, and purchase disputes are governed by the platform’s terms. Refund requests must be submitted through the store where the purchase was made.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to DualSenseX services if you violate these Terms, misuse the application, interfere with security, or engage in unlawful activity.

User-Initiated Termination: You may stop using DualSenseX at any time and uninstall it from your computer.

Rights After Termination: When your right to use the application ends, you must stop using protected services and content. Sections relating to intellectual property, warranties, liability, and disputes will continue to apply.
